I am a passionate user experience researcher based in the Greater Seattle area, with a rich experience of over 8 years in hardware and software research.

With years of experience in graphic and web design I have mastered the skills of understanding client requirements according to the latest trends. I have worked with businesses from different niches so you can rely on me for yours.
I’ve spent most of these years working across different areas of design like front-end development, landing pages, email design, app UI/UX, to my current role designing products for mobile platforms. Working as a UXR Consultant at BCS Resources for Google Assistant / Gemini AI

2022-2024

Sr. UX Researcher

I led UX research for the employer side of the marketplace in an effort to monetize a larger number of employer users, while supporting research initiatives with students and career services. I trained product designers, product managers, and content designers to conduct evaluative research on usertesting.com to democratize research.

I was responsible for Human Factors research on a number of unannounced AR projects. Including pioneering new ways to research hardware remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic.

UXR Specialist

I worked with a Principal Human Factors Engineer to iterate on the Microsoft/Department of Defense AR project IVAS working in the field with specialty users.

2018-2019

Human Factors Researcher

I was 1 of 2 Human Factors Researchers working on the Valve Index VR headset and developed the "rear cradle adapter" to solve a problem with the headset design leaving out a troublingly large percentage of the population, I set up a benchmarking process to compare competitor VR headsets and better understand the impact of tracking errors on motion sickness.

UXR Associate

I was a part of the Human Factors Center of Excellence and conducted many foundational research studies on a variety of hardware projects for Microsoft including the HoloLens 2, Surface Headphones, and Surface Earbuds. I worked closely with an anthropometric database to recruit participants based off of physical dimensions to ensure compatibility across a broad spectrum of users.
